When an issued(from same G2S scope) voucher redemption take place, the event G2S_VCE106 (voucher redemption requested) has been sent to the G2S scope. As response, the G2S scope send the authorize voucher command to the EGM. In this command, the attribute “hostAction” filled with “G2S_stack”, is it correct? I am expecting hostAction =“G2S_egmAction”.

I am using G2S Scope version 1.16.0.

Hi,

Yesterday, we formally released our new RGS product as RGS 5 (it's available on our web-site and will install with your current license). In that version, on the "Databases" tab, you can edit the Host Action for any attribute and that is the value that is returned to the EGM. The default is G2S_egmAction.

I've included a screenshot with the post that you can review.

Give it a try and let me know if this works for you.

Hi Russ,

Thanks for your information.

I have installed RGS5. There is an error as soon as the EGM connect to the scop. The error is listed below:

SOAP 1.1 fault: SOAP-ENV:Client [no subcode] "SSL_ERROR_SSL  error:14094416:SSL routines:SSL3_READ_BYTES:sslv3 alert certificate unknown" Detail: SSL connect failed in tcp_connect()

Have your got any idea?

Hi,

Can you reproduce the problem and email me a zip of the entire ../logs directory from your RGS install directory?  My email address is marty@radblue.com.

Thanks.
